Morning Drop-Off Procedures

Please do not drop your students off at school prior to 7:30 AM.  There is no supervision available for students until the day starts at 7:30 AM.  Thank you for taking care of this.

When dropping off students in the morning, please follow these procedures to improve safety and efficiency of our process.  Please pull as far up in the line as possible.  Please make sure that your student is ready to get out of the car as quickly as they can so that the line can continue to move.  Please DO NOT park in the drop-off line, and come into the building.  Do not pull alongside the line, and drop-off as this will create an unsafe drop-off line.  If you need to come into the building, please park in a parking spot.  Thank you for attention to these protocols to keep our students safe, and to help your fellow PV families get to work on time!

Teacher Recognition Form

We have amazing teachers and staff here at PV. We often get asked by parents, what is the best way to recognize our wonderful group teachers and staff members. One way is to complete an Employee Recognition Form to show your appreciation. There is no recognition that is too small, and we thank you for taking time to recognize and celebrate our teachers and staff.

PTA

We encourage all families to get involved in the life of PV Elementary. One way you can do this is by joining PTA. Memberships are $10 per person. Please pick up a membership form at school.  You can place your payment in the PTA mailbox located in the elementary hallway near the student restrooms. If you have questions please contact this year's president Sarah Hough.

All Pro Parents Meeting

The mission of All Pro Parents is to help you (parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles) love and lead your family well.  Pleasant View elementary hosts a huddle once a month at 7:00 AM.  There is not a meeting scheduled for All Pro Parents in May.

Student Expectations Video

We shared this behavior expectation video with all PV Elementary School students so we could clearly express our expectations for their behaviors in the cafeteria, hallways, and bathrooms.

If you are running late please notify the office. Any students not picked up by 3:00 will be escorted to the main office for parent pick-up inside.
